Overview
Layerlight Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Pairlure. This Privacy Policy applies when you use the Pairlure mobile game, related game services, support channels, and this website.
We do not sell your personal information. We handle only the information needed to provide the game, protect rewards and progress, understand game performance, show optional rewarded advertising, and respond to support requests.
Information we handle
Account and identifiers
If you sign in with Apple Game Center, we receive the Game Center player identifier and authentication data needed to verify the sign-in. If you continue as a guest, Pairlure creates a device-based guest identifier. We also assign an internal Player ID.
Game progress and transactions
We store level progress, energy status, level attempts, optional assists, reward sessions, and verification records for rewarded ads. These records let us restore progress, prevent duplicate rewards, and keep the game fair.
Gameplay and technical data
We collect limited events such as screens viewed, level starts and results, session timing, reward-entry interactions, app version, platform, and error-related context. Our game analytics do not intentionally include your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or the contents of your device.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, Player ID, screenshots, device details, and the content of your message.
How we use information
- Provide sign-in, save progress, energy, levels, and game services.
- Verify rewarded-ad completion and prevent fraud or duplicate rewards.
- Find crashes, connection problems, unfair difficulty, and other issues.
- Measure broad usage trends and improve Pairlure’s balance and experience.
- Reply to support requests and protect the security of our services.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms where necessary.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including maintaining your progress, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can choose whether to use optional rewarded ads. You can manage Game Center and advertising permissions in iOS Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information.
To make a privacy request, email houwan.sek@gmail.com with “Pairlure Privacy Request” in the subject. We may ask for information needed to verify that the account belongs to you. Deleting account information may permanently remove game progress and cannot always be undone.
Children’s privacy
Pairlure is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age required in a user’s country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
International processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and handle information according to applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Pairlure changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required.
